Google Now is a personal assistant app. It is available within the Google Search mobile application for Android. Google Now uses a natural language user interface to answer questions, make recommendations, and perform actions by delegating requests to a set of web services. Along with answering user-initiated queries, Google Now proactively delivers information to the user that it predicts, based on their search habits. This app also enables handsfree voice recognition through trigger phrase 'Ok Google' on the home screen (if used with Google Now Launcher) as well as within other apps, the user can then tell phone what to do, like send a text message, get directions, or play a song.
